About KLM Building Corporation

At KLM Building Corporation, we pride ourselves on building quality homes that enhance the lives of individuals and families within the Richmond area. As a third-generation homebuilder, KLM Building Corporation knows what it takes to build a quality home and turn homeowners’ dreams into a reality!

Reed Kellam, a native of Richmond, Virginia has grown up in a family of custom homebuilders in the Richmond area. Reed has a unique perspective with both his parents and grandparents involved in the home building industry.

This history of homebuilding in Reed’s family all starts with Reed’s grandfather, Willie Goode, who is a long-time homebuilder and developer in the Richmond area for close to fifty years. This passion was passed on to Willie’s daughter, Sarah Kellam, who in 2012 was named the first female president of the Richmond Homebuilding Association. Sarah and her husband Tom Kellam, Reed’s parents, have continued this tradition of building custom homes in the Richmond area and in neighborhoods such as Tarrington, Founders Bridge and Tuckahoe Creek. As third-generation homebuilder, Reed has seen the dedication and commitment it takes to deliver a custom home and helping turn homeowners’ dreams into reality.
